How to request a cancellation
Email [email protected] or message +91 97911 95777 on WhatsApp as soon as possible. Include the order number and the email or phone number used at checkout.
When a request can be accepted
The team will confirm whether an order can still be stopped. A request is not automatically approved if the order has already entered packing, dispatch, production or another irreversible fulfilment stage.
Custom and business orders
Custom-printed, made-to-order and confirmed bulk requirements may involve committed material or production costs. Any cancellation terms for these orders should be agreed in the quotation or order confirmation.
Refunds after cancellation
If a paid cancellation is approved, Pack My Cake will confirm the applicable refund and processing route. Bank or payment-gateway processing time is outside the store’s direct control.
