How payment works
After you review the cart and delivery details, checkout creates an order and opens the Razorpay payment interface. Pack My Cake verifies the signed gateway response before confirming payment.
Payment information
Raw card or bank credentials should be entered only within the payment gateway interface and are not intended to be stored by the Pack My Cake website.
If payment is interrupted
Do not make a second payment until you have checked the order status. Keep the payment reference and order number, then contact support if the amount was debited but confirmation did not appear.
Business invoices
Guest checkout includes optional business-name and GSTIN fields. Invoice details are based on the information entered by the customer and the business information configured by Pack My Cake.
