Orders are prepared after successful payment and subject to current stock. The checkout is the source of truth for charges shown before payment.

If packaging is needed for an event or production date, contact Pack My Cake before placing the order. An estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date unless the team confirms it in writing.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address, correct pincode and reachable phone number. Contact support promptly if an address needs correction.
